Our Story
With over 3 decades of experience building global analytics teams and implementing data-driven strategies for large organizations, we encountered a recurring pain point: traditional methods of developing data capabilities weren’t delivering measurable business impact.
Despite substantial investments in tools, training, and processes, data literacy often remained limited to a small group of experts, while the majority of employees struggled to apply data insights operationally in their day-to-day work. To address this gap, we had to fundamentally change how organizations approach data literacy – making it more accessible, relevant, and actionable for everyone.
This led to the creation of LEAPS – a platform aimed to operationalize this approach and transform how individuals and organizations approach data literacy as a core dimension of digital transformation. LEAPS goes beyond passive learning by adopting an intelligent, contextual, and experiential model that accelerates on-the-job learning and fosters true data savviness, tailored to each role.
By embedding data literacy into everyday workflows, LEAPS ensures that data becomes an integral part of how people (data citizens) think, operate, and make decisions. Through LEAPS, organizations can also leverage top-down initiatives and social frameworks to drive data adoption and foster a data culture.
